Overview
Foamed wax is molten wax with air beaten into it. It sets to an opaque, matte, meringue-like texture used for decorative candle tops, whipped surface finishes and rustic-look pillars — a distinctly different product from the same wax poured flat.
This is the processing vessel: a cylindrical stainless tank with a wide open top for the whisk assembly, a side control box, an outlet valve at the base and welded stainless legs. The photograph shows the tank body; the drive head and whisk are configured to the recipe and batch size you run, since aeration rate and blade geometry determine the final texture.
