Most of what we ship is a customised standard platform. Tell us the candle, we will name the machine.
Four ways to start
Minor customisation
Adjust mould count, candle length or machine height on an existing model.
Drawing-based customisation
Send us a drawing and we build to it, confirming the mechanical details before cutting steel.
Sample-based customisation
Send us your candle sample. We reverse-engineer the mould and tooling around it.
Full customisation
A complete line designed around your product range, output target and floor plan.
Thirty years of candles made to order — tapers, pillars, cups, spheres, ribbed and carved. The machine is built around the candle: the shape you sell is the shape the moulds are cut to, which is why the first thing we ask for is a sample or a drawing.

Five machines: the single-wall melting tank (ZD-U-I), the double-wall melting tank (ZD-U-II), the multipurpose melting tank (ZD-U-V), the wax melter trolley (ZD-U-IE) and the wax powder machine (ZD-U-G). 0.15 to 4 m³, and every row takes a custom size, a lid and an insulation layer. Custom work starts here: the table is where a specification begins, not where it ends.

Six answers and we can quote
- The candle: diameter, length, shape — a sample or a drawing is ideal
- Target output: candles per hour or per shift
- Wax type: paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax or a blend
- Wick: pre-waxed or raw, and whether it is moulded in or inserted after
- Your power supply, for the wax melting equipment: voltage, phase and frequency
- Available floor space and ceiling height
