What ships with every machine
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of origin — Form E where a free-trade agreement applies, an ordinary CO otherwise
- The pre-shipment test video, with your candle in it where you sent us a sample
- The operating manual in English — with the wiring diagram for the wax melting equipment
- For the wax melting equipment, the nameplate rating — voltage, frequency, phase and installed power, as built for your site
About certification
Certification is a claim about a specific machine in a specific market, so we will not put a badge on this page and leave you to assume it covers yours. Tell us the destination country and what the buyer or the authority there is asking for, and we will tell you plainly what we can supply, what we can arrange through a third party, and what we cannot do. If a machine needs CE marking for the EU, that is a conformity process with a cost and a timeline, and it belongs in the quotation rather than in a logo.
