PRODUCTION SEQUENCE

Lower the tank, thread the machine

Power off, and the handwheel winds the wax tank down to its lowest position so the grooves thread completely clear of the wax. Each cord runs over the top sheave, down the back, under the dip roller, up the front, and into the next groove — seven times.
